Firmware for your Main server (PC / Orange Pi) and Sub Vendos (ESP32 / ESP8266). You need a JmCloudFi account — create one first.

🖥️ Main firmware — PC-based / Orange Pi

The all-in-one hotspot server (no MikroTik needed). New devices get a free 3-day trial on first activation. After that, the captive portal shows a GCash QR code — pay it and the license activates on that device automatically. Every Main license includes 1 vendo credit (runs 1 Sub Vendo).

Coming soon The PC / Mini PC installer image is not published yet.

🪙 Sub Vendo firmware

Coin-slot vendos that connect to your Main server. Flash, power on, then approve the vendo in the Main dashboard → Vendo List → Request Vendo List.

ESP8266 (NodeMCU)

Firmware v1.0.1 · full image, flash at 0x0 · 4MB flash · DIO · baud 115200 · credits only (no license key). Both use the JuanFi pinout by default (KiTifi uses the same pins), so an existing JuanFi/KiTifi box works after a reflash. The setup page has a Pinout: JuanFi / KiTifi / Custom selector.

Gets its IP by DHCP on the Ethernet cable; server = gateway by default. Also tries an ENC28J60 module on the same pins if no W5500 is found (ENC28J60 is untested).

Flasher & Drivers (ESP8266/ESP32) Third-party PisoFi folder: NodeMCU-PyFlasher, CH340/CP210x USB drivers, 7-Zip, Win32DiskImager.

How to flash (NodeMCU-PyFlasher)

  1. Install the USB driver for your board (CH340 or CP210x) and plug the NodeMCU into the PC with a data USB cable.
  2. Download the Wireless or LAN .bin above and check the SHA-256.
  3. Open NodeMCU-PyFlasher. Serial port: the board's COM port. NodeMCU firmware: the .bin file.
  4. Baud rate: 115200. Flash mode: Dual I/O (DIO). Erase flash: yes, wipes all data. Click Flash NodeMCU and wait for "Firmware successfully flashed".
  5. Press RST. On your phone join WiFi JmCloudFi-Vendo-XXXX (password jmcloudfi) and open 192.168.4.1. On the LAN version this setup WiFi is on at every boot and turns off 10 minutes after the vendo is approved.
  6. Wireless: enter the hotspot WiFi name/password. Both: Main server IP (blank = gateway), the Bootstrap key from your Main dashboard, and the Pinout preset. Save.
  7. In the Main dashboard open Vendo List → Request Vendo List and approve (✔) the vendo. Each vendo uses 1 credit.

Status page: http://<vendo-ip>/; settings at /setup (user admin, default password jmcloudfi). Pinout sources: JuanFi GitHub (default pin config and ESP8266 LAN diagram) and KiTifi wiring diagram (coin D6, set D7). KiTifi does not publish an ESP8266 LAN pinout, so the KiTifi preset uses the JuanFi LAN pins.
