JmCloudFi provides hotspot server firmware (Main: PC / Orange Pi), Sub Vendo firmware (ESP32 / ESP8266), and online license management. By creating an account, downloading firmware or buying a license you agree to these terms.
You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
Each Main device gets one free 3-day trial, tied to its hardware ID. After the trial a paid license is required. A license is bound to one device (hardware ID) and includes 1 vendo credit; additional vendos need purchased credits or licenses. Monthly licenses last 30 days, yearly 365 days, lifetime licenses do not expire for the life of the device.
Prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP). Payments are processed by PayMongo (QR Ph / GCash) or by manual GCash transfer confirmed by our staff. Licenses activate automatically once payment is confirmed.
You must operate your hotspot in line with Philippine laws, including NTC rules and the Data Privacy Act. You may not resell, crack or bypass license checks.
The software is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, JmCloudFi is not liable for lost income, downtime or indirect damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license concerned.
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
