Privacy Policy

We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, password (stored hashed).
• Device data: hardware ID, hostname, public IP address and license check-in times.
• Payment data: amount, reference numbers and status. Card / e-wallet details are handled by PayMongo or GCash; we do not store them.

Why

To run your account, issue and verify licenses, process payments and withdrawals, prevent fraud and provide support.

Sharing

We share data only with payment processors (PayMongo), email delivery providers, and authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account and payment records are kept while your account is active and as required for tax and accounting rules.
